Sp Courses Cut Off Point

The SP (Special Programme) courses cut off point is an important measure in determining the admission process to the various courses offered by the Singapore Polytechnic. It is used to ensure that a certain level of academic performance is achieved before one is accepted into the various courses offered. Students are ranked according to performance in entrance examinations and assigned to various cut-off levels, ranging from highest (Level 1) to lowest (Level 6). The cut off point for the various SP Courses vary and are updated annually. For example, the SP technical Diploma course has a higher cut-off point than the SP General Diploma course. The SP direct-term Diploma course has a higher cut-off point than that of the SP Non-direct term Diploma courses.
