Pilates Classes Courses


Pilates classes are a great way to build strength, improve your posture and gain flexibility. Pilates is a low-impact form of exercise that utilises breathing and precise body movements to help improve core stability, joint mobility, and body alignment. With regular practice, Pilates can help improve balance and coordination and make muscle groups work together in a more intuitive and fluid way. The focus of Pilates is on precise, controlled movements throughout the whole body. Each movement is designed to use all the muscles in the body, even the small stabilising muscles, helping to build a strong, balanced body.
