The Quality Procedures (QP) Program at IT Sligo provides students with the opportunity to gain a professional qualification which is recognised by the Irish Quality Society (IQS). This program provides students with the skills and knowledge necessary to implement and maintain quality process improvement initiatives in their current or future areas of work. The QP Program includes a mix of classroom-based learning, workshops, discussions and practical projects. Each module runs for six weeks with a break between each module to reinforce learning and ensure individual success. Key topics covered include the fundamentals of quality, quality management systems and the application of control techniques.
