Make Imposter Syndrome Your Superpower:

Imposter Syndrome isn’t just for those who feel inadequate or insecure — although that’s the usual misunderstanding. Imposter Syndrome is a hallmark of leaders who sabotage their success by thinking it was just ‘right-timing’ or ‘luck’ when they achieve a level of success. Most are unaware that’s what they’re experiencing or the impact of its presence in our personal and professional lives.


Imposter Syndrome frequently disguises itself as:

· Introversion

· Fear of Evaluation

· Fear of Failure

· Guilt about success

· Difficulty in accepting positive feedback

· Anxiety

· Overestimating others while underestimating oneself

· Skewed definition of intelligence


My mission is to teach folks the key strategies to embrace their Imposter Syndrome, turn it into a superpower, then use the hell out of it to achieve extraordinary things with the confidence and certainty we all deserve.
