My mission is to make yoga accessible to everyone! When I saw that the resources for the blind and visually impaired community was limited, I had to take action.


This program will teach you everything you need to know to feel confident enough to take any yoga class anywhere! This is the first level of 2. This first level speaks about all the foundation of yoga and introduces the flow between postures. You don't have to have any experience to start this level. You will be supported no matter how much you know about yoga.


In yoga, there's a type of practice that yogis do that is called "withdrawal of the sense". This practice allows for a much deeper spiritual experience, it is used usually by sighted people by putting blind folds over their eyes. This is what I'll be leading you into, a profound connection with yourself. I hope that this practice shows you that you naturally have this advantage! Who knows, maybe this course will shift you mind set and allow you to see your super powers! I can't wait for you to discover your unique spirituality and strengths!


In this first level, the recordings are shortened to build up your concentration gradually. You are always welcomed to listen to your own unique needs as well. Once you have complete this 6 hr program, you'll be ready for level 2.


Level 2 is where you gain the confidence and the skill to move through a yoga class ease-fully. You'll also start to experience the magic of yoga!
