Safe Falling Techniques - Level 1

If you’re an athlete and love sports, have you ever thought about how to protect yourself by avoiding or reducing injuries while doing your best during training?


In this course you’ll be learning the six basic falling techniques which you are going to be able to use in most kinds of falls.


You will learn each technique in this order:

- Starting position: There’s a starting position for everything even when the move is easy. But you must apply it in order to perfect the technique.


- Ending position: To make a good balance and firm posture we will focus on the position of the end of the technique.


- Process of the move: You will learn how to do the technique in full details: start pose, start of moving, process, before finishing and reaching the end.


- Training for the move: In order to prepare your body physically for the technique, I have prepared some of the exercises which will help you to do them better.


- Mistakes that might occur: While doing those techniques, many mistakes could happen. And that’s why I prepared some examples to watch so you can try to prevent them.
