Refund Course Udemy

A course refund from Udemy is a form of financial compensation provided to you from Udemy when a course you purchased didn't turn out to be what you expected. Udemy clearly states in its terms and conditions that all sales are final, however, there are still cases where you can get a refund for your purchase. The Udemy refund policy states that if you’re not happy for any reason with a course you purchased on Udemy within 30 days of the purchase then you can request a full refund. All you need to do is go to the support page and submit a refund request, providing the reason why you want a refund. Most importantly, Udemy states the refund request must be requested within the 30-day period after the purchase. If you surpass the 30-day window, you can reach out to the instructor directly if they offer a refund. If the instructor agrees to provide you a refund, then you can submit a claim directly to the instructor. However, if the instructor doesn’t agree to give you a refund, then you’re out of luck and will have to accept their decision. If a course is not what you expected or you simply change your mind after the 30-day window, you’re still able to get a refund from Udemy in certain cases. If a course that you purchased is no longer active on the platform and cannot be accessed, you can ask for a refund by submitting a claim. Similarly, if a course you purchased is not as described or there are technical issues preventing you from using it, you can request a refund from Udemy. In conclusion, Udemy’s refund policy allows course buyers to get back their money in the rare instance that the course doesn’t meet expectations. If the course doesn’t adhere to the description or you’re unable to use it, you can contact Udemy directly and submit a refund request. However, this is only available during the 30-day window following the purchase. For cases that exceed the 30-day period, you can contact the instructor directly and request a refund.
