Prodiason Waregem is a professional football club from Waregem, Belgium. They are currently playing in the Belgian First Division A, the top tier of Belgian football. Founded in 1920, the club has had a rather successful history in the top flight of Belgium's football leagues. Having won both the Belgian First Division A and Belgian Cup, Prodiason Waregem are well respected as one of the top teams in Belgium. The club plays their home matches at the 25,000 seat Regenboogstadion in Waregem. The stadium is known to be one of the coziest and most atmospheric grounds in Belgium. The club have had some notable past players such as former Belgian internationals Marc Degryse, Enzo Scifo, Eric Gerets and Frank Vercauteren. Former Real Madrid manager Bernd Schuster was also manager at the club from 2006-2009. Prodiason Waregem have also won the Belgian Cup four times in their history, in 1983, 1984, 1988 and 1988.
