Procrastination Causes Anxiety Courses

This can lead to feelings of shame and insecurity, both of which can quickly develop into anxiety. Overall, procrastination can lead to many different issues, one of which is often anxiety. It’s important to recognize when procrastination is happening and take steps to address it before it develops into more serious issues. Taking action and dedicating yourself to the task can help to prevent feelings of dread and anxiety from developing.
