Porridge Causes Constipation Courses


Porridge has long been considered a healthful breakfast food due to its high fiber content. However, eating too much of it may cause constipation in some individuals. Additionally, make sure to stay properly hydrated—at least 8 glasses of water every day—to ensure that stools can travel through the digestive tract normally. Regular physical activity may also help with constipation.
