'Poema Correspondências', or 'Correspondences', is a poem by Portuguese poet Fernando Pessoa that was first published in the 7 May 1914 edition of Portuguese magazine A Águia, with the title "Depois de triste". The poem is one of Pessoa's most famous works, and is a classic example of his symbolist style. In it, Pessoa talks of the correspondence between human emotions, natural forces, and the Universe. He presents the idea that, no matter what our trials and tribulations are in life, we are all ultimately connected to the natural forces of the Universe.
