Persikas Semarang Courses

Persikas Semarang is a professional football club located in the city of Semarang, Indonesia. The club was formed in 2003 and competes in the Liga 2 and Liga 1, the two highest levels of football competition in the country. The team plays its home matches at Stadion Kanjuruhan, a 25,000 capacity stadium located in the city of Malang in East Java. The club shares a fierce and historic rivalry with fellow East Java club, Madura United FC and the rivalry is known as the 'Derby East Java'. Persikas Semarang has developed a highly successful youth system over the years and have produced some of the country's brightest young talents. Several of the club's young stars have gone on to represent their country both at under 21 and senior international level. Persikas Semarang has a strong support base in the city and region and the team regularly plays in front of 20,000 enthusiastic fans when playing at home. The team has enjoyed some success in recent years with back-to-back promotions from the Liga 2 in 2016 and Liga 1 in 2017.
