Pdsa Training Courses
PDSa training courses provide specialized training for organizations, groups and individuals to develop critical organizational and leadership skills. Through facilitated activities and simulations, PDSa training courses enable participants to gain knowledge and skills to strengthen their organizations for improved performance and successful outcomes. The courses are tailored to the specific needs of each organization and are created in accordance with the principles of the Professional Development System Approach (PDSa) and the standards set forth by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). The core elements of PDSa training include: •Fostering collaborative relationships among individuals, groups and organizations •Adopting a strategic mindset that involves understanding the bigger picture •Developing a robust planning process and maintaining consistent momentum •Using effective communication strategies and decision-making tools •Promoting results and a culture of ethical practice •Adopting a continuous improvement mindset The length of the course will depend on the requirements and goals of the group. Most courses last anywhere from a few days to several weeks. During this time, participants will complete sessions related to: collaboration and communication; strategic planning; decision-making; results-oriented culture; and continuous improvement. The benefits of PDSa training courses include enhanced organizational effectiveness, improved results, and alignment among those involved in the overall effort. These courses provide participants with the tools needed to identify and work towards the common goals of their organizations.
