Patrakas Courses

Patrakas are small, four-wheeled vehicles used by the people of India for their transport needs. They are used for personal mobility in rural areas and slightly larger towns, as well as for hauling goods. The smallest patrakas are known as 'Bhandori', which are used by elderly people or those who have limited mobility skills. They are typically pushed or pulled by their passengers, and have a basic basket attached to their back part for carrying goods. Larger patrakas are known as 'Chanawari'. They are powered by an engine (either petrol or diesel) and are used for long-distance transportation in rural areas, as well as for transporting goods. They range in size from 3-4 tons for traditional ones, to up to 25 tons for more modern models. Patrakas are easy to maneuver because of their size, allowing drivers to go around obstacles quickly. Since they are small, they can also go through narrow paths, allowing them to traverse rural India quickly and efficiently. Due to its convenience and affordability, patrakas are gradually replacing motorbikes, buses, and other motorized methods of transport in rural India. They are a more significant form of transport than before and has enabled Indians to move around quickly and cheaply in their day-to-day life.
