Pandavas Mother Courses

The Pandavas have a fascinating story behind their mother. Her name was Kunti, and she was the daughter of King Sursena of the Yadava dynasty. She was a truly remarkable woman and is often cited as one of the examples of a perfect mother in the ancient Hindu epics. Kunti's story begins when she was given away to the sage Durvasa. At this time, Durvasa granted her a unique power, which was that she could call forth any god of her choosing and request them to give her a child. In some versions of the story, Kunti chooses to use this power only to make peace and protect her family. Recognizing the importance of her children, Kunti put in her utmost effort to protect and take care of them. She ensured that each of the Pandavas was taught the right lessons and was trained in various skills. Later on, when the Pandavas fought alongside Arjuna in the Kurukshetra war, she accompanied them to their camp and shortly before the war began, Kunti made an emotional plea to Arjuna to protect her children no matter what. Kunti was also an embodiment of morality and dharma. She taught her sons the importance of truth, righteousness, and justice in life. All her efforts paid off as in the end, all the Pandavas emerged victorious in the war and healed their grievances against the Kauravas. Kunti is remembered even today as a perfect example of a mother who is willing to sacrifice everything for her loved ones and leads them to the path of righteousness. In the Mahabharat, she is an inspiration for all, her character and qualities shown that even the bravest warriors can be blessed with an even stronger shield of love and support from their mothers.
