Osteopathic Cpd Courses Uk

Osteopathy is a form of alternative medicine which focuses on the musculoskeletal system to treat a variety of health conditions. It is a regulated profession in many countries, including the UK, and its practitioners must maintain their professional knowledge and skills through continuing professional development (CPD) courses. In the UK, there are a variety of CPD courses available for osteopathic practitioners. These courses can provide practitioners with a range of clinical, research, teaching and communication skills. Many also provide a range of topics related to hands-on techniques, patient management and business development. The two main organizations that provide osteopathic CPD courses in the UK are the Institute of Osteopathy (IOO) and the British Osteopathic Association (BOA). The IOO runs both online and in-person CPD courses, and the BOA offers online CPD courses. Both organizations are accredited by the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC), and they provide courses that meet GOsC standards. The IOO and BOA courses vary in length from one-hour sessions to longer courses of up to 20 hours. Each CPD Course also typically includes an assessment at the end.
