Ocs Course Alu

OCS Course ALU (Advanced Lightweight UAV) is an open source course, developed by the Institute for Creative Technologies at the University of Southern California. It is free for anyone to use, modify and share for any non-commercial purpose. The course is designed to teach students the basics of designing, building, and operating lightweight UAVs. The course covers topics from choosing the right components, assembling the frame and electronics, to setting up the flight controller and operating the UAV. Students will learn the fundamentals of 3D-printing, motor control, flight control, and data acquisition. The course is broken into modules that cover the basics of UAVs and the details of how to build and operate them. Students will learn how to design the frame and select the right components, configure and debug the UAV, and eventually fly it.
