The HSE Offshore Medic Course is designed to provide individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to fulfill the role of an offshore medic, a highly specialized and important position within the oil and gas industry, in a safe and effective manner. Additionally, there is the opportunity for students to gain valuable practice and experience through the active participation in a realistic exercise that simulates a real-life Oil Platform evacuation. At the end of the course, students receive a certificate and a detailed course report containing all of the details of the course and their results. Upon successful completion, individuals may be eligible for registration on the national register of HSE Offshore Medics. By registering on the national register, medics can work both in the UK and internationally.
