How Long Is Pldc Course In Army


Percussion Leadership Development Course (PLDC) is the primary leadership course for non-commissioned officers (NCOs) in the United States Army. The course runs for 54 days, with 31 of those days dedicated to instruction. The remaining days are used for administrative tasks, as well as two days off during the course. Instructional time during the course is divided into blocks of instruction, which range from lectures andleader development activities, to planning exercises and scenarios. Graduates of the course are eligible for promotion to the rank of Sergeant, and gain the ability to serve in key leadership positions within the Army.
