The course is for every body who struggle to change their binge eating habits. Combining science, nutrition and hypnotherapy, this course will help retrain your brain and adapt to a new healthy eating habits without putting too much effort. Only through commitment you will be able to change yourself.
It is essential not to miss a day if you want a guaranteed change. You have to listen to each day recording at least one, or better two times a day morning and evening, when you are fully distracted and focused on video/audio. You may fall asleep during the second part of the video, but do not worry your subconcious mind absorbs every suggestion while you are drifting or sleeping. Only through relaxation we have an access to our subconscious mind, therefore we chose words selectively and repeat them constantly.
Remember one step at a time. Your brain doesn't like sharp changes, and this is one of the reasons why diets don't work. You need to constantly remind your brain who is the boss. It is YOUR brain and YOU are in charge of your habits.
21 day is a minimum for your brain to adopt new habit. If you feel like listening to any of the days for longer, feel free to listen to it as often as you want as long as it is every single day.
It is not easy to change a habit you have been controlled by all your life, but it is possible to do it through repetitive and well phrased instructions.
Retrain your brain and replace your unhealthy eating habits with new healthy ones.
