South India is best known for its breakfast foods, including masala dosas and idlis (steamed rice cakes usually served with chutneys and a watery lentil stew known as sambar). Both of these items are easily available at breakfast buffets and South Indian restaurants across the country. However, South India offers much more, with plenty of intra-regional variations to boot. Food here is more frequently cooked with thicker, chunkier varieties of rice are more commonplace. South India is also a region of coffee drinkers, and the South Indian style of coffee is prepared with lots of milk and sugar
Based on all above i will confidently say that in every aspect south India is better or equal to North India because of trust and hardworking nature of citizens from this area to see their mother land prosperous and healthy land for future generations.
Every Indian is known for their hospitality and service. Apart from that south Indians are heart of India as they pour plenty of their Hardwork, service, love to their fellow Indians in North, East and West without any partiality to serve our Country India.
In south India almost every state remains cool even in summer than the northern part, while in remaining seasons the climate was awesome and mostly adjustable. Even though the south India was developed in urban areas, most of the rural areas are enriched with Greenery and fresh water.
