Just the thought of stretching can make most of us give a big sigh. "I don't have time" or "I just spent two hours working out and now I have to add stretches?". Stretching is viewed as that "extra thing" we have to add to our already busy life. It should however be viewed as a non-negotiable part of our day. Stretching is necessary to improve joint mobility and muscle flexibility. It releases tension locked up in muscles to due stress or trauma. Stretching contributes to one's mental wellbeing. Stretching IS important.

So let me make it easy for you to fall in love with stretching. Join my seven day stretch workshop to jump start your daily stretch routine. Seven short videos over the course of seven days using various props (a wall, chair, foam roller, towel and weights). The stretches are fun and easy to do. They stretch workouts are schedule friendly and you can either do some of them at work, home or even at the gym.

Do just one lesson per day or create your own "cocktail" by combining some of the videos for a longer stretch session.
