In this course I will teach you that the fundamental concept of Hatha yoga and why yoga is globally accepted.
You will learn why yoga have been using as an alternative therapy.
You will learn how Hatha yoga increases mind power and decreases stress and anxiety.
You will learn how Hatha yoga decreases psychological fears (phobias).
You will learn how to practice Ancient Hatha yoga correctly as per sequence & breathing pattern to reduce stress, anxiety and to increase relaxation, calmness, concentration along with focus in the body and mind.
You will learn joint mobility exercises for stess relief along with
1. Yoga Postures (Asana) -
These are physical exercises which activates 7 energy centers of our spine, that's why our subconscious mind gets active. As per sequence I have designed 12 yoga postures with proper breathing pattern to get maximum benefits.
2. Deep breathing (Pranayama) -
These are physical + psychological exercises which increases our life energy and reduces overthinking and all negative staffs and restore positivity in mind. You will learn 3 types of deep breathing exercises here.
3. Meditation (Dhyan) -
These are psychological exercises which totally sweeps stress anxiety fears and all negative staffs from subconscious mind. You will learn 1 but very effective meditation in a correct way.
Apart from these you will also learn about diet and all important staffs to make the journey more smooth.
