Lead Generation is a hot topic - but most people don’t recognize that as a topic it is much larger than it seems. If you’re going to create a great lead generation program, you must first develop a good system for capturing leads and then a second system for managing those leads. In this course we’ll cover the things you’ll need to know in order to create an awesome lead capture program and in ZDES 2046 you’ll learn the lead management process.
By the end of this course you’ll be able to develop a cursory lead capture program for any organization using generally accepted (and completely legal) lead capture techniques.
Students will also acquire the skills and knowledge needed to move one step closer to certification via OMCP or AMA.
Throughout the course there will be quizzes, case studies and lab assignments.
Quizzes are meant to help you evaluate how you’re retaining the information taught during class and delivered in class and are due immediately.
Each case study is meant to help you develop the skills taught during class and are due by the end of the semester.
All the coursework builds from assignment to assignment, creating a seamless transition from week to week.
