Anxiety is something we all experience at some point. It can be so overwhelming when you do not have the tools available to reduce the effects. This course provides some insight to what anxiety is, the causes and types. But mostly this course focuses on the practical tools one can apply to daily life in order to overcome anxiety.

This course provides multiple worksheets with guidelines and activities that you can use and share with others.

These tools I provide are ones I use as counsellor with my clients. Not only has research found them to be helpful and useful, but I have had first and second hand experience with the power of these techniques. However,  none of them actually work, if you do not actively apply it. I always suggest 2 weeks Minimum of actively trying, meaning putting time aside at least 1-2 times a day, before one can decide whether or not something is working.

Do not worry however, if none of these techniques work for you. It could be that you need some extra guidance, or maybe a different kind of tool.  Either way, it is always a great idea to seek help when you feel you are unable to cope. There are plenty resources out there, this course is only one of them, it'll just take some research.
