Within this course you will be introduced to exercises that will empower your development and growth. As well you will be given some homework opportunities spanding over an eight week period of time and allowing you the opportunity to receive my personal feedback.

We will cover many topics together throughout this course from sitting in the power to releasing our fears. We are going to talk about grief, healing modalities, and so much more.
