This is a course to learn about traditional Japanese medicine, Kampo medicine. For those who are learning for the first time.　We operate a pharmacy specializing in Chinese medicine (Unryudo). Representative Takashige Sato holds many study sessions on Chinese medicine, and also holds lectures for Chinese medicine teachers. In this course, Itagaki, who is in charge of overseas, explains the text made by the representative.

Kampo medicine was born in China and raised in Japan. Therefore, Chinese traditional medicine and Japanese traditional medicine have much in common. On the other hand, there are different ways of thinking.

You can learn about important ideas in Kampo medicine. For example, the content of Kampo medicine varies depending on the season. That is because there is an idea that human beings are also a part of nature. Emotion is also a cause of disease. The seven emotions are anger, joy, thought, sorrow,

grief, fear, and surprise. If these emotions are excessive or continue for a long period of time, they can cause various diseases.

In the second half, we will explain anti-aging using Japanese medicine. You can learn health methods for longevity by using traditional Japanese food.

This course is suitable for those who want to learn Japanese traditional medicine from now on.

Learning the way of thinking of Kampo medicine can be used for self-medication of the body.
