WHAT DOES A RECEPTIONIST DO?
Receptionists embody and reflect what the company wants to show the world. The first contact and first impressions of the company starts at the front gate, security, main entrance, with customers, clients and external people, while visiting your company.
Receptionists attend to callers, visitors, employees, telephone calls, and handle a variety of administration and maintenance tasks.
