Pendulum is a thread or chain on one end of which a small object having some weight suspended. It can be made of metal, crystals or any ordinary thing that has weight. Pendulum dowsing is using pendulum as divination tool.

For this dowser holds the pendulum with his fingers and asks the questions. Due to which pendulum starts moving of its own using the energy of the subconscious mind of the dowser. Pendulum can dowse yes / no answers, timing of event, directions (specially to find lost objects), detecting positive and negative energy centers etc. Pendulum is also used for chakra balancing by many people.
