Brief description of this course

In the Future of Jobs report 2020 by the World Economic Forum, Complex Problem Solving, Critical Thinking and Analysis, came up as one of the top 10 skills that employers believe will grow in prominence in the next five years.

Hence, it is imperative that employees equip themselves with problem solving skillsets to continue to stay marketable and relevant in the VUCA world that we live in today.

But is the ability to solve complex problems an innate ability?

Well, the good news is that Problem Solving skills, can be learnt and acquired!

There are techniques and tools that can be learnt, to help us solve complex problems, both in the workplace in and in our personal life. And the more we practice using these techniques and tools, the better we get at using them, and the adept we get at problem solving.

In this course, you will learn a tried and tested 5 step methodology that I have used throughout my career and in different organizations to solve complex problems.
