How to use this program:


  • 3 x in a week - lower body, upper body, full body

  • every workout starts with a warm up

  • every workout day finishes with a stretching session

  • in week 1 & 2, I do recommend using no equipment

  • in week 3 & 4, I recommend using a resistance band

  • if you are complete beginner no resistance band is needed

  • for beginner I would recommend to only do 1 round of the workout

  • for intermediates 2 rounds are recommended (repeat video 2nd time)

  • last day in a week I recommend instead day off to do active recovery - swim, walk, yoga.. :)

What you need to follow this program:

* motivation to workout :)

* yoga mat or towel

* for intermediate and advanced - resistance band

* at least 12 min. time 3 x in a week

* be ready for the good change :)
