Take this course with me. This course is for anyone who is suffering with anxiety or depression.

Anxiety management is about helping your mind learn to cope with stressors in your life so that the symptoms of your anxiety aren't severe. We will be learning a lot of calming relaxation techniques There are many ways to experience anxiety.

You will learn what the difference is between healthy and unhealthy anxiety. You will learn to identify your triggers. You will learn what the stressors are that contribute to anxiety. Learn how to feel calmer and more be relaxed. Let's learn how to take control of your emotions such as fear and anxiety. Stop negative self-talk, negative thoughts and feelings. Develop mindfulness by focusing your awareness on the present moment. You will learn how to feel more comfortable in social situations and to gain self awareness for a more stable and peaceful state of mind.

Retraining your brain to think more positively and learning coping tools & strategies will help you to manage your anxiety. You will learn how to make changes in your life that will motivate you to move forward with your goals and ambitions.

This course is open to all students of all levels.
