Hi, welcome to the Indian Vegetarian cooking course. Do you love Indian food? Do you want to cook it for yourself but find it difficult? If your answers to those questions was yes, you're in the right place.

Hello, I'm Puja. I've been cooking Indian food for over a decade and I'll be happy to teach you.

This course is carefully organised to help you make meals for the whole day. We'll go over 6 easy vegetarian Indian recipes:

Breakfast recipes:

1. Samosas – Samosas are arguably one of the most popular Indian dishes. A samosa is a triangular pastry deep fried in oil or ghee and with a filling of vegetables.

Lunch/Dinner Recipes:

1. Dosas – Dosa, otherwise known as Masala Dosa, is a thin pancake originating from South India, made from a fermented batter predominantly consisting of lentils and rice.

2. Pudi Sabzi – Pudi is a deep-fried bread made from wheat flour. When served with the right sabzi, it can make for a great meal.

Evening/ Breakfast Snacks:

1. Dahi Wada - Dahi vada is a type of snack that is served along with curd and flavourful chutneys.

2. Colocasia – Colocasia is a well-known vegetable that I have cooked as a snack in this course.

Dessert:

1. Ice cream – I don’t need to explain what this is! I just show you a way to make it without the use of any preservatives or chemicals, at home :)
