This had cause a pain point to the company and individual with ever repeating problem spreading like a fire to other areas. No wonder it is called fire fighting.

8D team problem solving approach is structural step by step approach to solve problem and prevent problem from occurring in other areas if used effectively.

I have use 8D approach to solve many chronic problems and prevent it from happening in other areas throughout my 30 years career as an engineering professional. With my practical experience in deploying 8D, I have design this course will enable you to become the expert in applying structural 8 discipline approach in solving technical related problem. I have use a case study throughout 8 discipline steps where student can understand each steps to build up a 8 discipline model.

The course are divided in lesson according to the 8 D steps which include the requirement and tool used for each step. I have also add in tracking system guide for 8D.
