This course is a journey into the Italian tradition of fresh pasta, revisited in a healthy and dietary key, which will allow you to reach or maintain your healthy weight without having to give up the pleasures of life!

Course goals:

1. At the end of this course the student will be able to create the most delicious Italian dishes in their healthy version, without having to worry about calories

2. At the end of this course, the student applying the techniques learned will notice: reduction of nervous fame, progressive loss of body fat, increased well-being

3. At the end of this course the student will be able to build a new set of cooking techniques and skills in the choice of ingredients


Both recipes will be explained step by step in detail, and will be accompanied by downloadable resources.

This is the program of the course:


· Introduction and Course Presentation

· List of ingredients for the Pasta dough of Ravioli and Fettuccine

· Preparation of Fettuccine pasta

· Preparation of Tomato and Basil sauce for the Fettuccine

· Cooking and serving of Fettuccine

· Pumpkin and herbs Filling preparation for Ravioli

· Ravioli creation

· Cooking Ravioli and creating accompanying sauce( butter and sage sauce)
