Rational emotional behavior therapy was introduce as an approach that helps you identify irrational beliefs and negative thought patterns that may lead to emotional or behavioral issues, once this patterns have being identify a good or competent therapist will help you develop strategies to replace them with more rational thought patterns, It is very important that REBT can be particularly helpful for people living with a number of issues such as depression, anxiety, addictive behaviors, phobias, overwhelming feelings of anger, procrastination, aggression and sleep problems. Negative thoughts are always defective to human life because its very difficult to have negative thoughts and still maintain your personal composure because you are always concentrating on the bad expect o life. REBT is grounded in the idea that people generally want to do well in life. or example, you probably want to achieve your goals and find happiness. But sometimes, irrational thoughts and feelings get in the way. These beliefs can influence how you perceive circumstances and events, usually not for the better.

We can use the problem- solving techniques, these strategies can help address the activating event which includes working to develop problem-solving skills, assertiveness, social skills, decision-making skills and conflict resolution skills. Cognitive restructuring techniques, these strategies include, logical or rationalizing techniques, guided imagery and visualization, refraining, or looking at events in a different way, humor and irony, exposure to a feared situation and disputing irrational thoughts. The most important thing is that you need to get a very good therapist or a practitioner who is very competent to treat you so you can gain the necessary benefits from that treatment. REBT valid treatment can help social anxiety, depression and obsessive -impulsive.REBT can sometimes helps you by using humor as a therapeutic tool to help you to take things less serious.
