and you help your clients to be more in balance, you will know how important it is to keep yourself in balance as well, physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

One of the best ways to do this is through meditations.

In fact, energy healing is often based on meditations.

For example practicing Reiki is a form of meditation, Trance Healing, and Shamanic Journeying as well.

This course is for everyone who loves to meditate, and has a basic knowledge of Chakras.


There are many different kinds of Chakra Meditations, because there are many different ways to clear, clean and activate your Chakras.

My name is Daniela, and I have learned many different ways to work with the Chakras.

For me it started with Reiki. In my training I have learned to feel the subtle energy of the Aura and Chakras of my Clients. It is actually very easy, and you need to try it out if you haven't already.

I was also trained in Germany as a professional Aura Balancer, which is a shamanic method to balance the Chakras and Aura.

And if you know my WhiteLight Self Empowerment System, then you know that this system focusses on your 7 Main Chakras, and other secondary Chakras as well. There you will also find Meditations to activate your Chakras and Energy Bodies.

Working with Chakras has many benefits.

Because Meditations, in general, are very relaxing, and when you relax you can let go of stress. And when you let go of stress, your self healing can be activated. It is proven that meditations can help you improve your well being.

When you do a Chakra Meditation, and you focus on a specific Chakra, then you relax the related body areas and organs. You can let go of stress, and healing can happen.
