This weight loss course is built upon many years of experience as a Nutritionist and Sports Coach with my real-life clients of various gender and age. You will lean how to lose weight in a healthy and balanced way, without 'going on a diet', being hungry, or avoiding social life. You will learn how to calculate your daily calories, fat burn heart rate zone, ideal weight and recieve an optimal training schedule recommendation. After this course, you will not need any other weight loss information. It has all you need. Your task will be to implement it. I tried to make it as easy and simple as possible.
