A Meditation and Breathwork blueprint | 4 week programme

This programme is the perfect way to embed consistent Breathwork and Meditation practice in your everyday life.

This is perfect for beginners and also those who already practice but find it hard to cultivate consistent practice.

I put the programme together to simplify the techniques used with no fluffy lingo that can make starter programmes a bit confusing. This programme is clean, clear, transparent, and easy to follow with simple videos.

The programme has been created as a journey of growth each week being different and becoming slightly more challenging. There is an introduction section consisting of 7 informative videos before the practice begins. This is followed by 4 more sections - Week 1, Week 2, Week 3, and Week 4.

Each week consists of 1 Breathwork technique and 1 Meditation which you will practice consistently for 7 days until moving on to the next week.

Each week practice the Breathwork will provide continuous growth and the Meditations will get longer with a deeper sense of learning. There is a bonus Meditation at the end of the course for calming and sleep.

Each Video lecture has accompanying MP3 recordings so you can download them to your phone and practice anywhere.

The Breathwork techniques have the addition of PDF descriptions to really support learning on a deeper level.
