Yoga Masterclass Sunsalutation for beginners

A Sunsalutation, or Surya Namaskar, is something you hear very often in a Yoga class. But what is it exactly and why are we practicing it? In this masterclass I will lead you step by step through each posture, asana, of a Sunsalutation and i will explain you a little bit more about the purpose and the health benefits of a Sunsalutation.
There are 12 different yoga poses in a Sunsalutation. In every video I will teach you everything you need to know about one or two postures, asanas. When we completed all 12 Yoga poses it is time to put it all together in one practice. We will close this masterclass with a practice of 9 Sunsalutations in a row.
In Yoga philosophy it is a tradition to practice a Salutation 108 times. 108 is a sacred number, i will explain a little bit more about this in the Bonus track at the end of the masterclass.
The bonus track is an audio file for a full experience of 108 times honouring the sun. This is a very intense practice as well for body as for your mind but i would highly recommand doing it when you feel ready for it.
