We have a lot of knowledge regarding the foods, but we mostly avoid to consume. Let's not get bored by all these foods. Let's go through it once again. You feel better when you're eating food that retains nutritional value.

Many older adults find it difficult to eat healthy regular meals. The reasons for poor eating are extensive. Some people don’t have funds for proper meals, some don’t know how to cook for one person, and some are not sure what they should or should not be eating. Proper nutrition is vital for good health and we must remind people to consistently eat well.

In the preschool setting the idea of school meals, the standard message used for nutrition education, may not resonate. Go foods are foods that can be eaten almost anytime. These same concepts can be reinforced in school gardens. When the children are involved with the foods they grow and help prepare too, they tend to be much more likely to try new food.
