Define your purpose: 21 days to create the new you, is designed to help you complete an honest assessment of your current state in life and set the stage for defining your purpose. The daily exercises in this course are designed to challenge your status quo and take responsibility for your place in life.

Early in this course we will examine your current state. In the next phase, we will explore your life script, your relationship with fear, the power of language, as well as your beliefs and values. The following phase will involve documenting your direction, including a re-examination of your values, as well as development of your personal mission and vision statements. We will close the course by putting all of the work together and setting a personalized course of action.

Let’s examine just a few of the benefits of this course:

  • You will complete a current state assessment;

  • You will have an opportunity to explore where you are and where you want to be; and

  • You will set direction and create a plan of action.

This course is designed for individuals of all levels. Whether you require a reboot or a redo, the exercises in this course will provide valuable insights as you take control and define your purpose!

The course is divided into three phases.

  • Phase 1: Your Current State – Days 2-7;

  • Phase 2: Exploring You – Days 8-14; and

  • Setting Your Direction: Days 15-21.

As an example,

  • On day four we will examine your ideal average day.

  • On day six we will discuss habits and the impact they can have on you.

  • On day nine we will discuss your relationship with fear.

  • On Day Nineteen we will look at your legacy

  • We will close the course by putting all of your hard work together and developing a personalized course of action.
