In this course, we will see how stoics were thinking about everyday events, their principles that guide this stoic thinking and how these principles are transformed into the famous Emotionless Stoic Attitude. Through this exposition, the student will be able to see how the stoic analysis functions with respect to everyday events and train themselves to apply the stoic attitude in order to deal with stressful situations.
