Students will learn the about the internal functions that are linked and dependant on warehouse operations, flow and structure. The course is detailed with a focus on safety, velocity impacts, functional design in relation to process flows and what infrastructure is required to support the warehousing activities. We discuss the when and why's to automation and introduce students to process measurement for CAPX submissions.
