Stress is most common challenge for people in contemporary life and particularly for those with successful working life. Then one has everything in material life but there is no relaxation, peace and joy inside.
The purpose of this course is to teach methodology for managing the stress in life, and bring quality of Relaxation and Awareness.
Usually one looks at situations that create stress and tries to learn skills to deal with them. But there so many situations in life and each time one has to face a new situation.
This course makes you capable to manage your stress not by skills to deal with situations but - you become empowered, you have more strength of awareness in your body- mind that any situation doesn't shake you so easily and makes you stressed.
That way the focus of this course is- how to keep the body relaxed, how the mind can stay calm and without worries and how to live and be aware of emotional storms that happens inside you.
This course shares the understanding on practical aspects of stress in the body-mind. No ideology but connecting with the experience of stress in you. What happens in the Body, what happens in your Mind and Emotions. Bringing focus back to the self -where the stress is.
In stress, one continuously thinks of the cause of stress- may be some person or some situation. By thinking of the cause of stress- more stress happens, and one cannot relax. Awareness, being conscious is the path for this course. By being conscious, one knows -what is happening in the Body, Mind and Emotions. And consciousness makes one capable of changing stress into the positive experience of relaxation and joy.
This course shares the right understanding, it gives factual insights on how our own mind-sets, conditioning and attitudes are main reasons of our stress. This understanding becomes the base for a right change in life.
This course teaches many techniques to come out of stress at all levels - Body Mind and Emotions. And students learn, variety of Practical Techniques for coming out of stress. These techniques are Active and Passive methods, both.
One can choose and practice right techniques that works well - to balance the daily life.
Course gives ways to practice Awareness in challenging situations - so one can avoid stress.
