Module 2: Kyusho Body Points & Mechanics

Before you can begin using pressure points, you need to learn where the points are located on the body as well as how to activate them.  In this module I will cover both of those aspects.

I'll then go into defending yourself from a push, punch or grab with multiple drill scenarios and showing you the effects when you incorporate pressure points with your strikes.

Also included with this module is the Kyusho Pressure Point Academy Book and Top 10 Pressure Points Guide.

I will include a video called tracing meridians and if you practice this 5 minute exercise for a couple of weeks, you'll start to begin seeing pressure points on people's bodies, every where.  Seeing the points in your mind's eye will indirectly build the energy into your strikes.
