ExecMM program is based on the book “Slimf it: Management Reinvented. Essentials Compiled.” authored by M. Can Arslan. In parallel to the chapters of the Slimf it book, the full-fledged curriculum of ExecMM program is also built on seven core courses*.

ExecMM program courses discuss the essential toolkit of a novel & actionable management theory that covers all you need in business management; e.g. metrics, objectives, organization, startup growth, and more. The core courses of the program are coupled with a bonus (special topics) course and a case project.

Each course of the ExecMM program comes with a qualifier assessment that includes case-based questions to give you a chance to check your understanding of the fundamental concepts demonstrated throughout the course. Those individual course assessments serve as part of an overall qualifier for the entire ExecMM program.

Although a specific sequence as shown above is suggested in completing the program, there is no specific prerequisite course for any of the courses. All courses within ExecMM curriculum are designed in the form of standalone modules.
