Radical Happiness Practice
Radical Happiness Practice
This is a radical practice in happiness.
The tasks might be painful sometimes since they require you to see things as they are. Only then you can decide how you want to approach them. Only then you can decide if you want to take any action to change the course of events. But first you need to admit that it is your choice and only yours. Unless you give yourself this power - you are not able to move on.
The Radical Happiness Practice is here to help you challenge your own thinking, get to the bottom of why you do things the way you do and think about consequences of doing them differently. It's a journey, might be challenging, but it's yours and will leave you feeling more of a whole person.
Some tasks are there for fun of trying something new - thrown there for a good balance of serious and funny.
This course contains 4 Practice Tests, each has 7 tasks. Each Practice Test allows you to spend the whole week (41000 minutes, one task = one day) to compete it.
Each task has two answers - chose one for yourself. The answers are suggestions themselves of what might happen if you take this route. To consider the Practice Test completed - you need to chose 70% of answers confirming you have done the task as requested.
Come along and radically increase your happiness and control of your life.
Improve your happiness level - radically!
