My name is Aseel Arabia. I am a home chef, a freelance chef and a cook to large events and people all over the world. I specialise in pan-Arab dishes but most of all, the rich tastes and flavours that come from the Levantine. I hope this course will be easy for you to follow so you can replicate and share some of my lovely recipes.

A course to teach you a few Arabic food dishes. Delve into the world of Arabia and discover the very prominent vegetarian cuisine that is available throughout the region. I will teach you how to identify the proper vegetables and how to cook a few dishes including light bites, grains and veggies, cold dishes, rice dishes and a whole lot more.

Work with vegetables you haven't worked with before to maximise flavour and come up with new, fresh, creative ideas to wow your friends and family or perhaps you are a chef in training and you'd like to expand your knowledge of arab cuisine.
