I started investing in real estate when I was 26, I own four units and I occasionally work with other real estate investors to consult them on their deals all along the way. But regardless of local specificities, there are usually many possibilities to invest in real estate. In this course I will explain you how to choose the best short-term rental unit based on dozens of criteria that I use myself and how to calculate your profitability. You will get access to several Excel files that I use when consulting real estate investors who want to do short-term rentals.
